When she mentioned you a little while back, I have to say I'm always intrigued when someone wants to know about cursed energy.
Tokyo and Kyoto, yes.

It's a very interesting concept, and one not discussed in my own Tokyo, so I'm very interested to see how it compares to what may be a similar, but differently-named power usage.
Is it only those two cities, or is it just concentrated in those regions?

Kugisaki mentioned that you made it seem as though cursed energy did not exist there for you ... which I find odd, since they're the same place, but.
Can't say that I haven't experienced stranger things than that.
I find it hard to believe that it doesn't exist elsewhere, but considering there are only three major clans at the top of the sorcerer food chain -- at least that we know of, mind you -- I would have to say yes.

It does not, far as I'm aware, though I'm sure we have our own brand of chaos. I'm certainly no stranger to parallel worlds, so it may well be a case of that.
So it originates from those families, and those without ties to them are unable to utilize the ability?
